Private Bank of Buckhead has named Cathy Durden Loan Operations Specialist.

“We are excited to have Cathy as the newest member of our team,” says Terry Freeman, chief operating officer and CFO of the bank. “It’s a testament to the strength of the bank that we’re not just growing the ‘front office,’ but also adding team members behind the scenes. We recognize that that’s a crucial aspect of providing first-class service.”

Durden previously served in similar roles with Signature Bank and First Choice Community Bank. Away from the bank, she is the busy mom to three kids and enjoys spending time with them.

“I like learning the vast amounts of information required to be good at my job,” Durden says, “and I look forward to being part of these strong operations and lending teams. At the end of the day I want to look back and be able to see that I ‘shined’ in some way.”

Private Bank of Buckhead brings a private banking approach to all clients across all functions of the bank. The bank is designated a Preferred Lender by the U.S. Small Business Administration, and includes a dedicated mortgage solutions unit, Private Mortgage Services, as well as a new Decatur location, known as Private Bank of Decatur. Private Bank of Buckhead, including its mortgage unit, is located in Piedmont Center (Building Three).
