Buckhead CID Cancels Public Input Meeting
The meeting about possible changes to the Peachtree-Roswell Road-Paces Ferry interchange will be rescheduled for later in the year.
The Buckhead Community Improvement District has cancelled its proposed May 17 public input meeting, and plans to reschedule it later in the year.
According to The Reporter Newspapers, the CID plans to reschedule the meeting for later in the year.
The meeting was to have been held at Peachtree Presbyterian Church.
The Buckhead CID has worked with consultant Kimley-Horn and Associates to develop ideas to improve the Peachtree-Roswell Road-Paces Ferry interchange, a snarl of traffic at the historic heart of the community.
The idea is to make Charlie Loudermilk Park and surrounding streets more attractive and usable by people who aren't driving, without disturbing traffic flow.
