Buckhead Tower Named Outstanding Building of the Year

The Buckhead Tower at Lenox Square named as Outstanding Building of the Year for the southern region by BOMA.

One Buckhead high-rise was recently named as one of the most outstanding buildings in the region.

Buckhead Tower at Lenox Square won the regional The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards, presented annually by the Building Owners & Managers Association International, in the 250,000 to 499,999 square feet category 

The recent win marks the 46th TOBY Award for the tower's developer, Parmenter Realty Partners.

Christina Pearson manages the 348, 152-square-foot Buckhead Tower at Lenox Square. Pearson won the BOMA Georgia 2013 Property Manager of the Year Award and an International TOBY in 2010.

“It is a great honor to win the 2013 Southern Region TOBY award, and we look forward to the final round of competition coming up in San Diego where Buckhead Tower at Lenox Square will represent Parmenter Realty Partners,” said Pearson.
