Casseroles with a modern twist are the vision for Half-Baked Casseroles, a Buckhead business that opened Tuesday at 3185 Roswell Road.
Begun by Lee Bradshaw Johnson of Dog Days and J.J.Tomlinson of Fickle Manor, the business will offer a selection of prepared casseroles to put in the oven at home, according to an announcment.
Half-Baked Casseroles is open from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m.-noon on Saturday. For information, call 404-228-5836.
