Federal lawsuit claims P. Diddy's business failed to maintain safe environment in 2010 incident

A federal lawsuit has been filed by a man shot and injured in 2010 at a Buckhead restaurant owned by rapper-producer Sean "P. Diddy" Combs, according to an Associated Press article.

The lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court of Northern Georgia on Friday claims that Justin's Restaurant and Bar failed to maintain a safe environment.
