The Georgia State Patrol has released a dash-cam videotape showing Braves pitcher Derek Lowe's being stopped on Peachtree Road in Buckhead in late April. He was charged with racing against another driver and DUI, but the charges were later dropped when a judge ruled that prosecutors had insufficient evidence.

On the tape, Lowe is shown denying racing or drinking. In the incident, Lowe allegedly refused a breathalyzer and was then given a field sobriety test, which troopers say he failed. He was then arrested.
