"Splinters," a documentary about the evolution of indigenous surfing in Papua, New Guinea, will have its Atlanta premiere Tuessday night at the Buckhead Theatre.

The film will be shown at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the theater, with doors opening at 6 p.m. Tickets are $10 at the theater's box office and can also be purchased through PayPal (Payee:splintersatlanta@gmail.com) or Ticketmaster. Those purchasing via PayPal should bring their receipts to the theater. 

One of the executive producers of the SnagFilms production is Paul Morgan, a University of Georgia alum and Atlanta resident, according to an announcement about the film.
