 lude live and silent auctions of items such as fine art by local artists
 \, jewelry\, vacation-home stays\, tickets to sporting and theater event
 s\, and restaurant and spa gift certificates. Every dollar raised will f
 und scholarships at AYA. Last year&rsquo\;s Benefit Auction generated mo
 re than $40\,000.\nAYA serves 120 students in grades kindergarten throug
 h eight and provides a superior education on par with top independent sc
 hools in a Christian environment. The school is designed for urban child
 ren whose families believe in the importance of education but do not hav
 e access\, either financially or geographically\, to excellent private s
 chools. Graduates go on to top day and boarding schools in Atlanta and a
 round the country.\nThe event is open to the public. Mason Murer is loca
 ted at 199 Armour Drive in Atlanta. Tickets are $25\, include five raffl
