DESCRIPTION:Atlanta\, GA &ndash\; Christmas joy and excitement will fill 
 the air during Peachtree Presbyterian Church&rsquo\;s Annual Children&rs
 quo\;s Christmas Concert on Sunday\, December 2nd\, at 4:00pm in the Mai
 n Sanctuary. This presentation will feature singers and bell ringers ran
 ging in age from 4 to 12 years old. The Cherub Choir (4 years old &ndash
 \; Pre 1st grade)\, Praise Singers (1st &ndash\; 3rd grades) and Kingdom
  Singers (4th &ndash\; 6th grades) will perform many holiday favorites w
 ith the voices of angels. The Praise Ringers (2nd &ndash\; 3rd grades) a
 nd Peachtree Bells (4th &ndash\; 6th grades) will add a special element 
 of rhythmic brightness to this celebration of musical innocence.\nThe ch
 oruses are comprised of nearly 150 singers with over 80 participants bei
 ng from the Buckhead area. The remainder of singers and bell ringers are
  from throughout the metropolitan Atlanta area.\n&ldquo\;It is amazing t
 o watch these young singers and musicians go from being unsure about the
 mselves to confident performers within a short period of time&rdquo\; sa
 ys Chris Barry\, Director of Youth and Children&rsquo\;s Music. &ldquo\;
 They really enjoy making music that is full of excitement and wonder&rdq
 uo\; adds Barry.&nbsp\;\n&ldquo\;The Christmas season is a special time.
  But\, even more so for our young singers and bell ringers&rdquo\; feels
  Heather Ellison\, Peachtree Presbyterian Church&rsquo\;s Director of Yo
 uth and Children&rsquo\;s Bells. &ldquo\;Their faces seem to beam with p
 ride when they suddenly realize that the musical sounds they are hearing
  are actually coming from their voices and hands.&nbsp\; It is truly ins
 piring&rdquo\; adds Mrs. Ellison.\nDirector of Music Mary Hoffman sees t
 his event as being the initial step for many aspiring performers. &ldquo
 \;For many\, this is their first foray into performing in front of a lar
 ge audience of friends\, family\, parishioners and the community. Many o
 f our most prolific adult performers fondly look back to their first hol
 iday concert as being the beginning of an eventual professional music ca
