The holiday season will be in full swing when on Sunday, December 9th, the Peachtree Presbyterian Church Choirs present their Annual Christmas Festival Concert at 6:00pm in the Main Sanctuary.
Both the Peachtree Youth Choir, consisting of middle school and high school aged singers, and Chancel Choir will perform a program featuring several new arrangements of nostalgic carols as well as traditional favorites. In addition, The Peachtree Youth Bells, Celebration Ringers, Chancel Bells and Chamber Bells will help to further create a celebratory atmosphere befitting this joyous season. The Buckhead Youth Orchestra will serve as the guest performers and add a wonderful musical texture to this family-oriented event.
“Peachtree Presbyterian Church has a long tradition of presenting superb Christmas musical offerings. This music ministry is the heartbeat of the church; music never stops. People love to be with each other at this time year, with friends and family - - making music together is the greatest form of celebration,” states Director of Music Mary Hoffman. “The dedication of our wonderful singers and instrumentalists, during weeks of rehearsal, is amazing and will result in a concert full of seasonal spirit. The inclusion of the Buckhead Youth Orchestra in our Christmas Festival Concert will add a wonderful texture to this holiday event.”
A reception hosted by Peachtree Presbyterian Women will follow the concert.

The Main Sanctuary at Peachtree Presbyterian Church is an event venue which can accomodate anywhere between 100 and 1000 guests comfortably. The Sanctuary can be reserved for musical events and weddings. There is a large stained glass window behind the altar which may be ideal for a wedding ceremony.
