This seminar provides an overview of how to use your divorce attorney wisely and how to get the most legal services for your dollar.  

Many individuals have never hired an attorney for divorce litigation.  It is a far different experience than hiring an attorney to draft a will, review a contract, or dispute a speeding ticket.  The seminar will address what "goods and services" law firms typically bill, how the "billable hour" works, and how retainers work.  

Attendees also can expect to learn how to use their attorney's time (for which you pay) in a way that is efficient, effective, and responsive.  Andy Flink will provide information about the common (and costly) pitfalls clients make and three things that clients do that drive lawyers "crazy" (and that also are costly).
