The College Football Gods have spoken and it is time for The Official SEC Kick-Off Block Party! This massive party is back and put on by the folks over at the oldest dive bars in Atlanta, Pool Hall and 5 Paces Inn! Once again, these bars are shutting down Irby Avenue in Buckhead for The Official SEC Kick-Off Block Party which will include 4 different bars, gigantic outdoor stage with music by 17th Floor, multiple DJ's inside and outside, free food and 3,000 of your closest sorry, hottest friends. This will be the 10th SEC Kickoff Block Party and the largest event in Atlanta. Gates open at 7 pm with free food from 7- 9 PM. There is even rumor of a Mash Potato and Hot Dog eating contest plus tons of give-aways including free game tickets! Don't put it past these fools to have a Bikini Contest to see who has the hottest chicks, UGA or BOISE STATE!

More About The Pool Hall
The Pool Hall is located in Buckhead's West Village area, on Irby Avenue just west of Roswell Road. First opened way back in 1946 (check out the original menu hanging over the bar), this bar features pool tables, arcade games, flat screen TVs and an outdoor patio. A DJ is on hand Friday and Saturday nights, as well as the occasional band. The atmosphere is fun and laid-back, and the Pool Hall has plenty of seating for large groups.
