Good Morning, I’m really at a total lost for words, I was scammed by Shelly Wynter, on Dec 3, 2012 he posted on FB that he was taking a bus to Washington DC, I contacted him via Gmail asking for details, he responded that the cost was 315.00, I confirmed that I needed 3 seats, 2 adults and 1 child, asked when was the deadline, he stated soon as possible. I was in a head on car accident Dec 6, 2012, but as soon as I got out of the hospital I mailed him a check for 945.00 on Dec 11, 2012, to his address 2659 flagstone dr atl, Ga 30316. He in turn emailed me an itenary. Weeks went by never heard anything, so on Jan 2, 2013 I texted him asking about the trip on Jan 2, 2013 he texted me back stated that yes we are going but with another group. Red flag, but I didn’t trip, then on Jan 5, I gmailed him asking about the trip, he gmailed me on Jan 7, 2013 stating that he was trying to get me on Derrick Boazman's bus. I'm pissed, I emailed/FB boazman who told me to work it out with Shelly, I even told Marcus Coleman about this incident who spoke to Shelly who promised him that he would get me my money. I never got my money; I paid 1200.00 to go on derrick's bus because I had promised my grandson. I need help Shelly is not returning my call. i need help
