Passersby of the Buckhead Atlanta construction site have certainly seen the he billion-dollar luxury multi-use project really coming together just as developer Oliver McMillan's Project Manager said it would.
At the May monthly board meeting of the Buckhead Community Improvement District, Buckhead Atlanta Project Manager Hunter Richardson said that the project is on schedule.
"You are going to see a lot of increased activity on the site in the next few weeks," because outside financing for the project has now been secured, Richardson told BuckheadView.

The area where the development's first retailer, Hermes, will be located looks to be mostly completed.

Buckhead Patch continues to follow the construction of the development, which once completed, will offer 300,000 square feet of upscale retail stores, restaurants and cafes, more than 100,000 square feet of office space and 370 luxury high-rise residences.
