In conjunction with Atlanta’s National Black Art Festival, Hagedorn Foundation Gallery is hosting this exhibition and performance by LA based artist Todd Gray.
From 1979-1984, Gray was Michael Jackson’s personal photographer. For The Gray Room, Gray will create a multi media installation using Michael Jackson portraits, African tribal masks and ghost sculptures that function as a memorial to Jackson’s role as international shaman of the pop music culture.
7/11: 6pm reception. 6:30 panel discussion and Q&A.
7/13: 5:30pm-8pm. Todd Gray book signing and artist reception.
The exhibit opens July 6 and runs through August 31.
