Alliance Residential Continues Site Work for Apartment Complex

Alliance Residential Co. continues site work for its five-story apartment complex at at Maple Drive, between Peachtree Road and East Paces Ferry.

The Phoenix, AZ-based company plans to build the 250-unit multi-family housing for an estimated $25 million. The complex would be named Broadstone Maple Apartments and would sit on two acres after a small office building is razed, Atlanta Business Chronicle reported.
