Buckhead Atlanta Project Manager to Address BBA

OliverMcMillan's Hunter Richardson to speak Thursday

Hunter Richardson, OliverMcMillan's project manager for the Buckhead Atlanta development, will speak to the Buckhead Business Association Thursday morning.

Richardson, development director for the San Diego-based company, is in charge of the day-to-day managment of the project previously known as the Streets of Buckhead.

“Buckhead Atlanta is a hot topic among the community to say the least,” said Lolita B. Jackson, president of the BBA. “This development will affect Atlanta’s economy, especially Buckhead, and we look forward to hearing a progress update from the development director.

With more than 30 years of experience including town centers, sports and entertainment venues, museums, and resorts, Richardson is an expert in hands-on development management, including financial feasibility analysis, strategic planning, project programming, transaction structuring, zoning/entitlements, public finance, design management, and leasing strategy and negotiations, a BBA news release said.

The weekly BBA breakfast meeting is from 7:30-9 a.m. every Thursday at the , 3343 Peachtree Road, Suite 1850. Tickets are $10 for BBA members and $20 for visitors and guests.
