Cranes Are Moving at Buckhead Atlanta

Buckhead Atlanta project manager said the cranes would begin moving again in November, and they have.

The cranes at the Buckhead Atlanta site are moving again!

The concrete for foundations at the future site of the upscale Buckhead epicenter was poured in October, and BuckheadView reported that one of the large cranes at the site was moving on Tuesday.

OliverMcMillan's Buckhead Atlanta Project Manager Hunter Richardson of Oliver McMillan, the San Diego development firm that took over the Streets of Buckhead project in December 2010, said another crane will start operating in the next couple of weeks as work continues west to east across the site.

The portion of the multi-use, six-block development, which includes French upscale retailer Hermes, is expected to open in late 2013.
