F&B Atlanta, a Buckhead Neighborhood Bistro Opens

Seasoned restaurant team Fabrice Vergez and Cindy Brown's new eatery serves contemporary French and Mediterranean-inspired dishes.

“We’re so happy to be back in Buckhead,” says Fabrice “Fab” Vergez, who together with his partner Cindy Brown recently opened F&B Atlanta, just a little north of Phipps Plaza.

“Buckhead is home. Our first Buckhead restaurant, Brasserie LeCoze at Lenox Square, was a grand success, and we look forward to seeing many of our Buckhead neighbors and loyal customers back in our newest restaurant, F&B Atlanta. We’ve built a cozy, comfortable bistro with a great bar and a relaxed outdoor patio right on Peachtree – just what the neighborhood needs!”

F&B Atlanta, 3630 Peachtree Road, NE, Suite 160, serves contemporary French and Mediterranean-inspired dishes. While a few of the most popular menu items from Brasserie LeCoze appear on the F&B Atlanta menu, such as roasted skate wing, a lamb sandwich, white bean soup with truffle oil and mussels marinière, the rest of the menu features lighter fare with a Mediterranean influence.

Unlike FAB, Vergez’ and Brown’s large restaurant in downtown Atlanta that closed in 2011, F&B Atlanta’s interior has a more rustic feel with rough-hewn beams, wrought iron and rich woods. The restaurant seats 120 guests, not counting the outdoor area that seats 20 more.

A large bar draws residents from nearby luxury condominiums, neighborhood regulars, and shoppers from nearby Lenox Square or Phipps Plaza who want to relax with a creative cocktail or a glass of wine and some small plates.

F&B Atlanta will provide complimentary valet parking. The restaurant is open daily at 11:30 a.m. and remains open throughout the day and evening. Sunday hours will be announced soon.

“We’ve poured our hearts into this place – right here in the heart of Buckhead,” says Cindy Brown. “The location is perfect, the timing is right, and we are ready to welcome our neighbors and friends back to Buckhead for some fab meals and great times!”
