OliverMcMillan CEO Says $1 Million a Month Spent on Streets of Buckhead So Far, AJC Reports

Developer says project redesign in works

A San Diego company has been spending $1 million a month for the last five months to draw up plans, seek permits and otherwise restart the Streets of Buckhead project, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported Thursday afternoon.

Dene Oliver, chief executive officer of San Diego-based OliverMcMillan, said the company is preparing to take over the project. He spoke here Thursday to several hundred retail real estate professionals. Here's the link to The AJC's report on his talk.
