Phipps AMC Theater Planning Facelift
The theater has applied for a building permit to renovate its space inside Phipps Plaza.
Located near the , has applied for a building permit to make $1.2 million worth of renovations.
According to WhatNowAtlanta, the theatre filed paperwork with the city of Atlanta this past Tuesday.
The report said the renovations include an interior remodeling with recliner-style seats. The walls, floors and ceiling finishes will also be refurbished.
