A popular Buckhead destination may soon be called "home" for the residents of a new apartment complex being planned for the area.
Simon Property Group has announced plans to bring 319 luxury residential units to Phipps Plaza, a project called "Domain at Phipps Plaza." According to Tomorrow's News Today – Atlanta, the site for the project is the intersection of Peachtree and Wieuca roads.
Renderings of the proposed luxury residences show a flat-roofed, four story building with modern design elements.
Domain at Phipps Plaza adds to the recent construction boom in the area, joining the AC Hotel and a 35-story residential complex planned for Lenox Square.
Construction on Domain at Phipps Plaza is scheduled to begin in September.
