Loudermilk told the Chronicle that he wants to create a development strategy that unites the east and west sides of Peachtree and Roswell roads. The site next to the Buckhead Theatre, which happens to be owned by his father, was always intended for a hotel, he said.

“There can be a real disconnect within the village between the east and west side of Peachtree,” Loudermilk is quoted by Sams as saying. “We want to help change that.”
