PulteGroup Moving HQ to Buckhead from Michigan

Gov. Nathan Deal announced that the company's move will happen next year and create 310 "high paying" new jobs.

Homebuilder PulteGroup is relocating its corporate headquarters to Buckhead from Michigan, a $10 million investment that will create 310 new high paying jobs, Gov. Nathan Deal has announced.

The move, to 100,000 square feet of Class A office space, is slated for next year.

In the announcement, Deal said: “Georgia is a natural headquarters for homebuilders such as PulteGroup. Pulte will not only be able to quickly build its growth markets from a strategic central location, it will also thrive in a dynamic business environment powered by the fourth-largest population growth in the country.”
