Real Estate Brokers Relocating to Buckhead
The German firm is expanding its operations in the United States.
An international real estate brokerage firm is planning to open an office in an upscale Buckhead development.
The German firm Engel & Völkers, which opened a Manhattan branch office earlier this year, brings 35 years of experience in brokering commercial and residential properties to the Buckhead Atlanta development at Peachtree and Pharr roads.
Engel & Völkers will open an office on the first floor of the mixed-use development, alongside the Spanx, Inc. headquarters. Shirley Gary, the leader of Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta, told the Atlanta Business Chronicle that the continental flavor of the development was a perfect match for the firm.
The German company will be joined in Buckhead Atlanta by European neighbors France (in the form of Christian Louboutin shoes) and Italy (in the form of luxury label Etro).
