Southern Art & Bourbon Bar was honored as the top business of 2012 by the Buckhead Business Association at the group's 62nd annual luncheon on Thursday.
Chef Art Smith, Southern Art's owner and creator, is the executive chef and co-owner of Table fifty-two in Chicago, Art and Soul in Washington, and Lyfe Kitchen in Palo Alto, Calif. He served as Oprah Winfrey's personal chef for 10 years.
Alain Zemmour, general manager for Southern Art, accepted the award on Thursday.
Other finalists for the award included: Chic Evolution in Art, Drybar Atlanta, Simply Buckhead, and Zoe’s Kitchen.
