True Food Kitchen is opening at Lenox Square this summer.
The menu is globally inspired, according to Laura Skibba of Fox Restaurant Concepts. Mediterranean, Asian and American dishes will be served, "honest food that tastes really good and is good for you."
She said the concept was a collaboration with Sam Fox, Dr. Andrew Weil and Chef Michael Stebner. All the dishes follow Weil's anti-inflammatory food pyramid.
