Demolish the suburban sprawl and replace it with a pedestrian oriented mixed use development.

The parking is limited there, and I would hope it would be something that wouldn't add to the already congested area, especially getting in and out of the lot.

Atlanta needs a production center, studio, entertainment megaplex. It is quickly becoming the Hollywood of the south. The space at piedmont/peachtree is to small to house what Atlanta needs but Buckhead would be a perfect place for this type of business. Also, a Casino, a TAO beach, NIKKI Beach, an ice rink in the inner city that is open year round. We need an attraction building to draw tourism. Atlanta is full of bars and restaurants but what brings people here? Atlanta is a huge sports city. Any ideas there?

I know this is high priced land, but I think a Pickadilly would be great there, something for the "common" man............
