Visions for Vacancies: What Should Replace the Cheesecake Factory?
The lease for the restaurant has not been renewed, and no announcements have been made on what will occupy the space left vacant by the restaurant.
While it's not quite vacant yet, Buckhead Patch wanted to know what you'd like to see in the space currently occupied by The Cheesecake Factory, which will soon close its doors at its 3024 Peachtree Road location.
Atlanta businessman Peter Blum, who manages both 3024 Peachtree LLP and 3030 Peachtree LLP, opted not to renew the lease agreement for The Cheesecake Factory at 3024 Peachtree Road.
Restoration Hardware will build a flagship store at 3030 Peachtree Road, formerly occupied by ESPN Zone, and Blum said he wants "to reposition 3024 Peachtree Road for something equally grand.”
