W Atlanta Shuttering MARKET

An estimated $282,694 will be spent to remodel the space for a new restaurant concept.

Fresh on the heels of longtime Buckhead restaurant comes word that the W Atlanta, 3377 Peachtree Road NE, is shutting down , its in-house restaurant that first opened there in 2009.

What Now Atlanta is reporting that Starwood Hotels and Resorts, management group at the hotel, submitted a building permit application with City of Atlanta in late July to remodel the restaurant space for the eventual new concept.

Starwood will spend an estimated $282,694 to remodel the 2,450-square-foot restaurant space.
