Bank’s growth means expanded team
Private Bank of Buckhead adds Chris Lee in Accounting/IT role
Private Bank of Buckhead, which includes Private Bank of Decatur and PrivatePlus Mortgage, continues its growth and expansion with the addition of Stone Mountain resident Chris Lee as a Senior Accountant and Network Administrator. Lee is an experienced banker, having served a number of area community banks, as well as a primary banking industry vendor.
“Chris is adept not only in his function areas, like accounting, financial analysis and information technology, but also understands the type of client we serve – those who seek an extraordinary level of service – and that makes him a great fit for our team,” says Renee Hinkson, Senior Vice President and Controller of the bank.
The New York-native has been in Atlanta for many years, and is a graduate of Georgia State University, where he earned two bachelor’s degrees – one in Accounting and one in Business Management. He is proficient in a broad range of software applications, which is critical in an environment of greater regulation and ever-evolving banking technology.
“My approach to life and work is, ‘Do not expect from others what you would not expect from yourself,’” Lee says. He is a “huge dog lover” and has a beagle named Maximus Maximillian. They reside in Stone Mountain.
Private Bank of Buckhead brings a private banking approach to all clients across all functions of the bank. The bank – now in its eighth year – is designated a Preferred Lender by the U.S. Small Business Administration, and includes a recently relaunched and expanded mortgage unit, PrivatePlus Mortgage, as well as a Decatur location, known as Private Bank of Decatur. Private Bank of Buckhead, including its mortgage unit, is located in Piedmont Center (Building Three).
