Everyone loves food trucks, and now they're coming to the Buckhead community during lunchtime all summer long, starting July 9.
Livable Buckhead, partnering with Buckhead Place, is launching "Food Truck Tuesday in Buckhead" every Tuesday throughout the summer from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 3314 Piedmont Road (the lot next to "Disco Kroger" and in front of L.A. Fitness).
Livable Buckhead advises:
"Seating will be available, but this is cash only event - so hit the ATM. Come on foot to enjoy this tasty event; you'll breathe some fresh air and take a car off the road."
On Fridays, head on over to Food Fighter Fridays at Chastain Park from 4-7 p.m. The American Legion and the GA Food Truck Association team up to support veterans. Post 140 is opening their unique venue on Chastain Park to Atlanta's food trucks from lunch through happy hour until late.
You can also enjoy an array of food trucks all summer long throughout the week and even in the evenings at the Atlanta Food Truck Park & Market,, Atlanta’s first permanent street food park, at 1850 Howell Mill Road.
The park is open Tuesday for its regular summer hours: Tuesday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Wednesday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Thursday – Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Sunday, 12 to 7 p.m. The park remains closed on Mondays.
