A 4-year-old, 10-story high rise along Piedmont Road will show almost a dozen unsold, previously unoccupied condos this weekend. The building, 3820 Roswell Road (also known as The View at Chastain), includes a pool and a fitness center. All of its units feature balconies and Bosch appliances, and FHA-approved lending is available.
A second look at a previously hunted house is this week’s other focus: 2392 Hurst Drive, a four-bedroom, three-bathroom place in Peachtree Hills. Among its amenities are a great room with fireplace and French doors. The renovated kitchen's elegant large and small above-counter cabinets have opaque and see-through doors, respectively.
