Four zoning adjustments are also on the agenda:

  • A 17-foot-high privacy fence is being sought at 385 Peachtree Battle Avenue. Currently, only a six-foot-high fence is allowed in the area.
  • A three-foot-high privacy wall is being sought for the front yard of 220 Nacoochee Avenue. Privacy walls are currently only allowed on side and back yards.
  • Residents of 779 Wilson Road are seeking to install a basketball court in their backyard, and are seeking setback variances for the project.
  • And the owners of 240 Colonial Drive want to rezone the property from medium-density to high-density residential.

The new owners of Carizma Lounge on Howell Mill Road are also seeking the renewal of the facility’s liquor license.
