Early Voting Starts at Peachtree Hills Recreation Center

Eight sites will be open starting Monday in Fulton County for municipal elections.

Buckhead residents can make voting for their Atlanta City Council candidates today a family affair on Family Voting Day. The Peachtree Hills Recreation Center will be open from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. today, and Monday-Friday next week.

This is one of three early voting sites opening today, Oct. 26.

  • Adamsville Recreational Center, 3201 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive SW, Atlanta
  • Coan Recreation Center, 1530 Woodbine Ave., SE, Atlanta
  • Peachtree Hills Recreation Center, 308 Peachtree Hills Ave., NE, Atlanta

These will be the only Fulton County sites open for Saturday voting and will offer “Family Voting Day” activities for children.

In addition to these three sites, Alpharetta City Hall will be open starting Monday, Oct. 26. In total, eight early voting locations will be available Monday, October 28 through Friday, November 1, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.:

  8. South Fulton Service Center, 5600 Stonewall Tell Road, Room 108, College Park

Georgia law requires voters to present an approved form of photo identification.  During early voting, any voter may cast their ballot at any early voting location.  Because Fulton County is handling all aspects of the City of Atlanta’s Nov. 5 Municipal Election, Atlanta residents who live in DeKalb County may also vote at Fulton County early voting sites.
