On Thursday, June 19th the Kids & Pros Organization will offer
a free Community Festival in conjunction with their Youth Football and Basketball camps being held this week at Henry W. Grady High School located at 929 Charles
Allen Drive, Atlanta, GA from 11:30am - 1:00pm. The
festival will expose campers and their families to the various organizations in
the Atlanta community that promote positive and healthy lifestyle choices.
Vendors participating in the festival -- Atlanta Contact Point, Borden Dairy,
Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, Dole, Georgia Dept of Public Health (GA
SHAPE), Gwinnett Medical Center/Gwinnett Concussion Institute, Institute for
America's Health (USDA -my plate), Mondelez International, Sodexo, Southeastern Dairy Association
(SUDIA) - Fuel Up to Play 60, and Whitefoord, Inc.-- will provide information
on positive and healthy lifestyle choices including nutrition, environment,
social issues, health, and more.
