NAACP Atlanta Branch Holds 2013 Jondelle Johnson Freedom Fund Dinner

The Atlanta Branch of the
NAACP renamed its Freedom Fund Dinner several years ago to honor Jondelle
Johnson, the Branch’s long-time Executive Director.  And since the renaming of this annual event,
the Jondelle Johnson Freedom Fund Dinner has become one of the most impressive
line-up of VIP’s, celebrities and Atlanta’s movers and shakers to be held during
this city’s banquet season.  This year is
no exception.

The 2013 Jondelle Johnson Freedom Fund Dinner will
be held Saturday, September 21, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in downtown Atlanta at 7:00 p.m.
 The Honorable
William “Bill” and Sharon Campbell
and The Honorable Ambassador Andrew and Carolyn Young are Chairpersons of the gala
fundraising event. Our Honorary Chairs
are Atlanta City Council President Ceasar Mitchell, Atlanta Public
School Board Member Brenda Muhammad, Fulton County Sheriff Ted Jackson,
and TWD, Inc’s. very own Thomas Dortch.  Frank
and Tanya Ski
with Frank Ski Kid Foundation will host the evening’s
program.  The price for this event is one
hundred twenty five dollars ($125.00) per person and one thousand two hundred
fifty dollars for a table ($1,250.00).  Sponsorship
and advertisement placement opportunities are available.

“The Atlanta Branch of the NAACP operated many
relevant programs within this community” says the Reverend Doctor R. L. White, “and we count on the success of this
Freedom Fund Dinner to provide the financial resources to carry out our
programs.  We are pleased to have a
dedicated group of Atlanta citizens like these men and women involved in the
planning of our 2013 Freedom Fund Dinner.”
