Run Around the Park Relay

The fun and festive
event is organized by the Atlanta Track Club and consists of a five-person relay in and around Piedmont Park. Each team
member completes a relay leg of approximately 3.4 miles. Teams are encouraged
to dress in costume and set up tents in the park to cheer on their teammates.
The start, finish and relay transition areas are located near the Charles Allen
entrance to the park.

Each team receives a
commemorative cooler, and every participant receives a Mizuno performance shirt
and commemorative koozie. In addition, awards will be given to top teams in
each of ten divisions as well as to the teams with the best name, tent set-up
and costume.

Around the Park Relay closes on Wednesday, September 4 at 11:59 p.m.
