Silent Auction Benefit for Preschool

The Preschool at Northside Drive Baptist Church is proud to present its 5th Annual Silent Auction, taking place the week of November 11-15, 2013. Bid on a wide variety of items and help make a difference in the education of preschool and pre-k children in your community. Bidding is available in person at the school, 3100 Northside Drive NW, Monday-Thursday from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., and Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. This auction is the main fundraiser for the year, which enables the school to offer enrichment opportunities that tuition alone will not cover. In previous years, auction proceeds have helped the school to create a new library, purchase physical education equipment, incorporate advanced technology into the curriculum, and bring in special programs for the children such as Mandarin.

The Preschool at Northside Drive Baptist Church is a SACS/CASI accredited education facility that has been in operation since 1973. The mission of The Preschool is to lay a foundation for life-long learning in a loving and safe environment. The philosophy of the preschool is based on the premise that each child will develop to their fullest potential when provided with a loving and supportive atmosphere, with a challenging curriculum that promotes a positive self-image and a desire to learn. The Preschool at Northside Drive Baptist Church serves the areas of Buckhead, Vinings and the West Side.

There are lots of fun, interesting and unique items to bid on. Some items available will include vacation rentals, summer camps, jewelry, interior design services, gift certificates to restaurants, shops, salons and spas, furniture, collectibles, framed artwork, fine children’s clothing, gourmet meals and wine, personal training, and much more. This is a great opportunity to find special holiday gifts, and to have an impact on a young child’s education.
