Proceeds from the event will go toward the sight-saving programs of Prevent Blindness Georgia, a statewide non-profit that works to prevent blindness and preserve sight for all Georgians. This mission is accomplished through vision screenings for about 35,000 prekindergarten children each year, eye exams and reduced cost glasses for adults in need, public education about eye health and safety, and vision screening training.
