Weekend Brunch Launch at The Albert
Inman Park’s favorite neighborhood pub, The Albert, is introducing a new weekend brunch beginning Sunday, August 11, 2013. The menu, created by Executive Chef Shaun Whitmer, features traditional brunch dishes with a southern twist, light and healthy options, and more. Complimented by a new signature cocktail menu, patrons are invited to dine-in or take-out brunch Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
From a mouthwatering BBQ Benedict and Bourbon Bacon Waffles and Wings to pancakes made with house granola, The Albert’s new brunch offers a diverse range of options for all tastes. Additionally, General Manager and mixologist Heath Horan has whipped up a signature drink menu that is sure to please beer enthusiasts and cocktail aficionados alike. Favorites like Al’s Bloody and the In the Shade cocktail, Nolet gin, prosecco, lemon and vanilla syrup, are paired alongside new creations like the Sleepyhead, coffee-infused Cathead Vodka, Borghetti di Vero Caffe Espresso Liqueur and cream. More adventurous brunch-goers can also enjoy the new Breakfast Shot - Butterscotch Schnapps, Jameson and Orange Juice served with a side of bacon.
