Variety, the children's charity, has teamed up with Simon Malls to collect back-to-school supplies for disadvantaged youth.
Collection boxes for the supplies will be located at the Guests Services booth at Phipps Plaza and Lenox Square as well as Northlake Mall. Items accepted include pens, pencils, notebook paper, glue, crayons, colored pencils, erasers, folders and binders. Variety of Georgia will fill and deliver 2,500 backpacks with school supplies for distribution to local schools and shelters. Items will be accepted until August 2.
