GHCA Hoping to Find Home for Abandoned Dog

The dog was found tied to a fence in the Garden HIlls neighborhood and is now with Fulton County Animal Control.

The Garden Hills Civic Association is looking for a home for a dog found abandoned and left tied to the fence on the Rumson walkway earlier in the week.

The male dog is described in the "Garden Hills Town Crier" email newsletter as a sweet, young, muscular dog who was not aggressive with other dogs and seems to have been well-cared for prior to being abandoned.

He appears to be a mix of pit bull/boxer/terrier and is approximately 50 lbs.
