Vacant Spaces: What Should Go Here?

Offer your thoughts on what kind of business you'd like to see in this vacant storefront in the Lindbergh City Center.

This space in the Lindbergh City Center needs a tenant.

It sits right next to the MARTA station and across the street from Sip Coffee Lounge and 71 Barber Shop.

An AT&T office is a few blocks down Main Street Northeast and is also nearby in this live-work-play development off Piedmont Road near Lindbergh Drive..

The mix includes nightclub Tongue and Groove and the sports bar .

Do you live or work in this area? What would you like to see move into this empty space? Tell us in the comments area below.

I really would like to see more restaurants. It has been depressing to see a litany of restaurants come and go over the past few years, including Bobby G's, Firkin Pub, My Panini and the stir fry place. There are so many people that come through this area, that commute by MARTA or work or live here. There really should be more than just Five Guys and Taco Mac. But the parking situation at the MARTA garages needs to be remedied. People do not want to have parking tickets validated to go eat in the local restaurants. That's why all these other places failed. It needs to be made easier to park in the area. Lanier Parking has totally screwed up the parking situation and they need to be held accountable. It is shameful to watch how many restaurants have opened and closed over the past few years, and how many empty storefronts there are now lining the MARTA situation. Until the parking situation is remedied, any new places will be destined to fail.
