Join us Today for Pine Hills Neighborhood Yard Sale and Molly's Garden Party with Lynn Brown McKinney

Lynn Brown McKinney, Pine Hills Garden Party, Birdhaven Garden Club

To our Pine Hills Neighbors and other friends in Atlanta -

We would be pleased if you would visit us for our annual neighborhood yard sale and then join us for an Early Autumn Garden Party where you'll also have a chance to meet with Lynn Brown McKinney, the Democratic candidate for Georgia's 54th District representative seat. We'll be gathering at 1022 Canter Road, NE 30324 from 5:00 – 7:00.

Feel free to invite your friends and family, too. Even if you aren't in the  54th District, (representing Pine Hills and Buckhead to Buford Highway) you probably know folks who are, and since every rep affects all of us in Georgia - the more folks we have to support good government - the better.

Find out what's happening in Buckheadwith free, real-time updates from Patch.

We'll have some light refreshments, some lemonade, coffee, and sparkling water - some great conversation, and maybe some music - feel free to bring your singing voice so you can join in a chorus with two or three of your friends and neighbors.

A little more about the yard sale … from 8:00 - 3:00 - Books, records, kitchen stuff, Xmas stuff, vintage fashions,  and yes - even a few fabulous art chairs!!!!

We'll also be taking orders for tree sales for the Birdhaven Garden Club. We can thank the Birdhaven group for the great landscaping and Pine Hills signs at the entrances to our neighborhood, as well as the "doggipot" dispensers for bags used by conscientious folks walking their pups here. The Garden Club fundraiser offers you your choice of a young Redbud, Dogwood, White Oak, or Black Gum tree for $20 - which you can pre-order - and then when it arrives, you can plant a tree to make you own birdhaven!

At least 25 other Pine Hills families are having yard sales this Saturday too (It's a neighborhood thing) so if you're in the mood for shopping before the garden party -  this is the place to be.
