KSU Institutional Plagairism

Attention: ALL CONCERNED WITH INSTITUTIONAL ACADEMIC HONESTY
November 28, 2013   Refernce: Georgia House Resolution 1444 Official Adult Learner Day   Georgia House Resolution 1444 proclaiming April 9th 2004 as Official Adult Learner Day was passed on March 17, 2004. The full text can be found at http://www.legis.ga.gov/Legislation/20032004/35920.pdf .  Please note I am the sole author and advocate of said resolution and passed it to State Representative Alisha Thomas (Morgan) to (co)sponsor said resolution.   Moreover, please be aware any individual, group, or entity, who claims responsibility, whole or in part, for the authorship, advocacy, and passage of House Resolution 1444 without acknowledging myself, Stephen M. George Jr., MPA, is in fact guilty of omissions of significant and substantive fact(s) rising to the level of plagiarism.    Plagiarism [can be defined as] an act or instance of using or closely imitating the language and thoughts of another author without authorization [and/or] the representation of that author's work as one's own, as by not crediting the original author (As found November 26, 2013 at Dictionary.com on http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/plagiarism).    Indeed, there was absolutely no substantive input or advocacy in whatever form from the University System of Georgia,  Kennesaw State University 1000 Chastain Road Kennesaw Georgia 30144-5591, KSU's Adult Learner Program (ALP), or KSU's Adult Learner Student Organization (ALSO) other than that of myself, Stephen M. George Jr., MPA. If any individual or entity wishes to challenge my claim(s) I will be happy to discuss the matter under oath.   Indeed, there was more than enough glory to share at the time ...and I generously did so.  And I did it all whilst suffering from an undiagnosed Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) due to military service--LRS/LRP/LRRP Airborne unit (Charlie Airborne) doing polar arctic recon missions ...including a daring military assault parachute drop on the polar ice cap.. . I was diagnosed in 2010 with new advances in technology; but, now KSU doesn't even want to give credit where credit is due.  I have on at least three other occasions informed KSU and KSU's ALP of their omission of fact(s) from their website related to Adult Learner Day.  As such, subsequent said omission(s) cannot be said to have been unintentional.  I find that unacceptable, unethical, and highly academically disingenuous.   Consequently, I am informing you and your organization I am filing a grievance/complaint with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) per procedures outlined at http://www.sacs.org/regional-headquarters as Kennesaw State University is in violation of one of SACS's most basic Principles of Accreditation (1.1 Integrity) in that the above statements of fact, especially when juxtaposed against the following quotes from the KSU Adult Learner Program website, are prima fascia evidence that The institution [does not operate] with integrity in all matters and is violating my civil rights based on discrimination due to veteran's status and physical disability--traumatic brain injury (TBI)     As I am sure you know, this complaint can affect Kennesaw State University's SACS accreditation. Having said that, all I asked for is what I am due ... credit for my intellectual work when it is cited or alluded to.  Indeed, I posit I should not have to ask for such.   And I quote, ... April 9th of each year. On that date the state of Georgia celebrates “Adult Learner Day.” It was established by the passing of House Resolution 1444 on March 17, 2004. Former KSU President Betty Siegel and members of the Adult Learner Student Organization led this effort.(As found November 26, 2013 at Kennesaw State University Adult Learner Program website http://www.kennesaw.edu/stu_dev/alp/article.shtml).    This is a bold faced lie ...not only plagiarism but an outright falsehood!  As I authored and was the sole advocate of this resolution I don't remember ANY input from Betty Siegel or anyone else; shame on Dr. Siegal and KSU as an institution for taking credit for this substantive project ...something they didn't do and didn't have any input in...again this is prima fascia evidence that KSU as an institution apparently was, and/or is, staffed by academic plagiarists. And The institution [does not operate] with integrity in all matters.    In conclusion, the university is actively conducting institutional plagiarism and refuses to cite my intellectual work properly due to discrimination against me based on veteran's status and physical handicap--traumatic brain injury (TBI).     Yours in Service,   Stephen M.
