Community Update

I have been going to PCA for over 6 years. I must say that this office fairs well compared to other offices of similar nature.
The office runs smoothly with normal wait times (sos), the billing office is great (Cheryl) can manage all issues with great Cust Svc; the doctors are good, too. I only have experience with Achilles and Keeton but found them personable and willing to listen. The epidural injections work for me combined with medications.
Since pain mgmt consists of regular pain med visits you see a PCP. They are fine for the most part. All they do is read your chart on a tablet and give you what you had.... Nothing out of the ordinary is ever done my pcps.
I've only encountered one doctor who was obtuse and uncaring. (I cannot remember his name so I won't list a possible doctor.)
The one thing I have observed is their 'pat answer when asked about more powerful pain medications" - they recite a line for everyone regardless of their issues or conditions. I don't believe this should be their response.
Over all I am satisfied with the McAquarium office and Drs. Achilles and Keeton. I would recommend.
