Armed Robberies Reported in Buckhead

Two armed robberies recently occurred in Buckhead, according to reports released by the Atlanta Police Department.

One victim told police that while walking on the sidewalk at 2399 Parkland Dr. NE on July 21, three males drove up in a black mini-van and robbed him at gunpoint of his iPhone and wallet, which contained credit cards, a debit card and $60 cash.

On July 14, a victim told police that he was robbed at gunpoint by two suspects at 2025 Peachtree Road NE, in the parking lot of a business listed as "Banana Wings" in the report. The victim said that he had met at the location to retrieve some items for a friend when he was robbed of his headphones. He was apparently sitting in the vehicle with the suspects when the robbery occurred.
