Atlanta Police Investigating Death at Buckhead Hotel
Police are currently not treating the death as a homicide, as no obvious signs of foul play were discovered.
The Atlanta Police Department is at a Buckhead hotel attempting to determine the cause of death of a woman discovered there this morning.
Officer John Chafee with APD tells Patch that officers responded to the Homewood Suites on Piedmont Road Thursday morning and discovered a deceased female. Chafee said that there were no obvious signs of foul play.
It is hoped an autopsy will confirm the woman's cause of death.
Major Van Hobbs, commander of APD Zone 2, told Patch that the death was currently not being treated as a homicide.
