Gwinnett Police charged an Atlanta woman with murder in the fatal shootout at a Peachtree Corners apartment complex on March 30.

Talon Dunkentell, 28, one of three people involved in the incident at Bristol Court Apartments, was charged with killing Tevin Saffo, 21, the Gwinnett Daily Post reported. She was injured in the shooting and originally charged with aggravated assault and obstruction.

Another man, Tyler Reeves, 21, was seriously wounded in the incident. Police said after the shooting they believed Dunkentell had fired shots.

The Daily Post reported police have evidence suggesting Dunkentell’s intent during the shootings.

Police found drugs at the shooting scene, but now say drugs were not a factor in the shootings, according to the newspaper.

Dunkentell is being held without bond at the Gwinnett County Detention Center. She is charged with murder, aggravated assault, obstruction of justice and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
